ACD Division - The practice is a collegial and collaborative environment of physicians covering primarily adult orthopedics and podiatry with a small amount of general surgery. The orthopedic case mix is varied and includes joint replacement as well as sports medicine. The ideal candidate would be proficient with blocks and looking for a M-F or M, W, F schedule – no call, night, weekend, or holiday coverage. Our group is very well respected, with leadership roles at these hospitals, and has a long-standing relationship with the surgeons. We are the primary anesthesia group at Texas Health Southlake and Bear Creek Surgery Center while our coverage is increasing at Trophy Club. Several of our surgeons flip rooms which allows us to pair you up with a more senior anesthesia provider and get to know the surgeons. Additionally, Southlake offers a wide variety of restaurants and retail throughout the city, as well as in its charming Town Square. U.S. Anesthesia Partners - Texas, is actively recruiting additional CRNA's to join their Arlington Division. The Arlington Division of USAP is a dynamic group that is looking to hire exceptional CRNA’s to meet the needs of our expanding practice.  We offer various, flexible shifts to meet the demands of our OR commitments and our CRNA’s.   Available shifts include 8’s, 10’s, 12’s, and overnight shifts in OB, as well as, paid home call back.  Home call back is paid at a flat rate and converts to time and a half if called back in to the hospital with a guarantee of 3 hrs paid regardless of the duration of the case.  Our cases include general surgical, gynecological, urological, orthopedic, obstetrical, and vascular.   There is no requirement to do cardiovascular, or pediatric cases.       

USAP's Denton Division now has a new opening for a full-time CRNA. This is a day shift position, no nights, no call, no weekends. The Denton division has a wide variety of cases, but there are currently no hearts or brain neuro. Position is based in a care-team model that offers a friendly staff and a great work life balance!  Compensation will be paid salary and is based on years of experience. Our Spectrum Division position is Full-Time in a care-team model and will primarily work with common OR surgeries.  There are no hearts, and good OB experience is a plus. Work location for the CRNAs would only include Methodist Richardson!  Work schedule would likely be 4-ten hour shifts from 0700-1700, but this all depends on the needs of the day.  Some days you could stay a little later or leave a little early.  Call will be 4-5 weekends per year in OR.  CRNAs will place and manage for OB in a supervised model.   Compensation will be paid hourly depending on years of experience.     

  The NTADivision is searching for a talented FT CRNA to join their division! The location is primarily at THR-Dallas (Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas). This is a large, tertiary hospital and the flagship for Texas Health Resources in the greater Dallas area. An engaging variety of cases are performed here: orthopedics, general surgery, colorectal, urology, minor vascular, some ENT/OMFS, some neurosurgery, and some GYN. Outside of the main OR we do cases in the GI Lab, Interventional Radiology, little trauma and some ocular procedures. We do not currently do pediatrics, L&D, or cardiothoracic cases. division is looking for a day shift and night shift CRNA. There is no call obligation, however weekend shifts are available for extra income. We have a tremendous opportunity with one of our premier divisions - the ACD Division at Methodist Dallas Medical Center (MDMC). The practice is comprised of knowledgeable and supportive physicians and talented and collegial CRNAs working in an anesthesia care team model with 2-3:1 medical direction. Our CRNAs enjoy a high degree of independence, while knowing that they will be appropriately supported if the need arises. Our CRNAs and SRNAs provide anesthesia for all surgical specialties, including some involvement in cardiac and neuro anesthesia. The case mix at MDMC includes all surgical specialties, OB, GI, radiology and EP. There are even a small number of pediatric cases for those who have an interest. Our CRNAs place their own epidurals and spinals, arterial lines and central lines (if credentialed). The MDMC CRNA group has both set-shifts as well as a priority system to determine a go-home order. Currently, night and weekend shifts are covered by individuals who prefer to work those shifts. However, there is availability if you would prefer to work these shifts. The only call is weekend back-up call from home during the daytime. Call is taken on average once every 6-7 weeks with early relief the following Monday. The available position is salaried with generous benefits and opportunities for optional incentive shifts.

The PAP division is based at a Level 1 trauma center at Baylor University Medical Center in downtown Dallas. CRNAs provide anesthesia in a Care Team model for a variety of cases including general surgery, trauma, kidney and pancreas transplantation, orthopedics, ENT, vascular, spine, plastics, bariatric, GI, IR, urology, thoracic, and optional OB with time. The CRNAs work a variety of shifts including 8, 10, and 12 hour shifts to create a 40 hour work week based on staffing needs and are responsible to cover a limited number (1-2) off shifts per 5 week schedule which may include a night or weekend shift. The position is hourly and experienced based with competitive shift differentials for evenings, weekends, and nights.  The position is a 4-5 day work week with opportunity for overtime for those who desire it. There is no mandatory call but voluntary daytime call on Saturdays is available at a competitive rate.

Cases in the OR include GYN, general surgery, orthopedics, urology, vascular cases, podiatry , and some ENT. For this position there are no holidays or weekends and call is optional 7am-3pm Saturday or Sunday. Compensation is hourly based on years of experience with an annual raise on your certification anniversary. 

The Arlington Division is looking for partner-track physicians who are interested in doing most of your own cases with a minor component of care team leadership. We also have employment opportunities with a fixed salary, fixed hours, and reduced call, if so desired. We cover several hospitals and surgery centers in the Arlington/Mansfield area. You will primarily be working at the following facilities: Arlington Memorial Hospital, Methodist Mansfield Hospital, USMD Arlington Hospital, and Baylor Orthopedic and Spine Hospital. We have a wide variety of cases that we cover. We have 3 hospitals that we cover OB with an average of 150-200 deliveries per month. With a heavy orthopedic practice, regional skills are preferred. We also have a separate CT/thoracic call team so no hearts/lungs required. Pediatric cases available, but not required. Call requirement is approximately 3 major calls (1st OR call/OB) and 3-4 minor calls (more like a late stay in OR) per month. 1st OR call is home call and OB is 16 or 24 hours in house call. We staff a short stay BS&W hospital and adjoining surgery center in Sherman, Texas as well as surgery center in Anna, Texas.
