Our Anesthesia team is looking for a Fulltime CRNA professional who wants to work in a team that supports one another and provides great care to our community.  Position is primary surgery center based in Rockville, MD with occassional work at Shady Grove Adventist Hospital in Rockville, MD

This role offers an excellent work-life balance, with No Weekends and No Call!

  • Planning and Execution of Anesthetic
  • Maintaining the anesthetic record
  • Planning and Execution of Anesthetic 
  • Breaking down the OR Anesthesia records, documenting appropriately in the chart 
  • CRNA’s are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner in working with medical staff, patients and hospital personnel
  • Medically evaluating patient preoperative 
  • Consulting with the surgical team providing pain control and supporting life function during surgery (interoperative)
  • Providing patient care and supervision Postoperative 
  • Compliance with HIPAA, OSHA and all USAP and hospital/surgey center rules and regulations
  • Assist in the coding of anesthesia services
  • CRNA license must be kept current at all times


  • Holds current active state licensure in the state of Maryland and complies with any applicable statutory and regulatory requirements concerning CRNAs
  • Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs
  • Is currently in process, certified or recertified by the NBCRNA
  • Current ACLS, PALS and BLS certification
  • Knowledge of medical practice and care to assist in giving patient care.  
  • Knowledge of medical equipment, medications and instruments.
  • Knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions to establish a safe work environment.
  • Skill in assisting in a variety of treatments and settings.
  • Skill in verbal and written communication and maintaining records.
  • Skill in gathering and reporting information.      
  • Ability to work effectively and independently with hospital personnel, physicians and patients.
  • Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
  • Must have a pleasant disposition and high tolerance level.
