Anesthesia group for an award winning community hospital in the Texas Hill Country is looking for a high quality CRNA who can function independently. Full time position starting Oct 2018.
Primary cases are Ortho, General Surg, Endoscopy, OB, GYN, Urology, Vascular, Podiatry and ENT. CRNA will work at one facility. CRNA practice will include performing regional blocks to include U/S guided nerve blocks, spinals and epidurals. Typical work schedule is around 40 -50 hours a week. First call responsibility 1 in 9 days with post call day off. Second call responsibility 1 in 9 days.
CRNA will work in a care-team model. USAP offers a competitive base salary in addition to hourly call coverage compensation which can add on average $20,000 to base salary. Benefits to include 6 weeks vacation, Life insurance, Company paid short term and long disability, 401K (matching and profit sharing), Health insurance, $2500 CME/licensure stipend. $15,000 sign on bonus and moving assistance with 3 year commitment.
