We are looking for a dynamic, professional Certified Anesthesia Assistant (CAA) to join our growing Denver-Metro Care Team.  This salaried position offers 8 hour shifts with the ability to earn compensation in addition to the salary.  (Salary is determined based on your experience as a CAA.)  The position also offers a robust benefits package including 401(k) matching and profit sharing, company-paid long-term disability insurance & basic life insurance, 5 weeks Paid Time Off, annual CME Allowance, and choice of health care plans.

Responsibilities

Qualifications include:

  • Master’s degree from an accredited program required
  • Must hold current certification from the NCCAA certifying body. This certification must be maintained every 2 years and recertified every 6 years, required.
  • BCLS and ACLS required
  • The ability to assess data reflective of the patient’s status and appropriately interpret information relative to the patient’s age-specific needs is required.
  • Must be a graduate from an accredited baccalaureate degree program, to include pre-medical curriculum, preferred.
  • 2 years of experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and knowledge of surgical procedures.
  • Basic computer knowledge; read/write English.
