Seeking a 1099 PRN Physician to assist in Orange City, Florida! Week day shifts, weekday and weekend call shifts available!

Job Highlights

USAP is seeking a 1099 PRN Physician to assist with coverage in Orange City, Florida - Just north of Downtown Orlando! See below for specific details:

Weekday 24 shift (night call starts at 7p):
350$/hour for 12 hrs (guaranteed)
beeper call 7p-7a 1000$ stipend (no guarantee for night call; only stipend)
call back rate 375$/hr

Weekend 24 call shift:
350$/hour for 10 hrs (guaranteed)
350$/hr up to 12hrs
375$/hr OT rate after 12hrs
1000$ beeper call stipend


Additional:
mileage reimbursement at IRS rate
housing reimbursement up to 150$ per night

Fish
-General, Ortho, and some Neuro

Deland
-General, GI, and Ortho

Qualifications

- All USAP Anesthesiologists must be either an M.D. or D.O. with the completion of an approved Anesthesiology Residency program.
- Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology
- Anesthesiologist must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals they will have privileges
