USAP is seeking 1099 CRNAs to join our practice in Fort Myers, Florida at HealthPark Medical Center for an ENDO ONLY position at a highly competitive rate.

Benefits:

• $225/hr rate
• Occurrence-based malpractice insurance covered by USAP
• Endo ONLY caseload

Qualifications

• All USAP Anesthesia Assistants and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists must meet state licensure requirements.
• Anesthetists must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for Health Park Medical Center.
