US Anesthesia Partners Colorado, a clinician-led practice, has an exclusive contract with two of the largest health systems in Denver - Advent Health, and Health One (HCA). We offer a variety of cases, specialties, and acuities throughout the Denver Metro.

This role offers guaranteed overtime with flexible FTE options ranging from 48 to 52 hours per week. Whether you prefer a steady 1.2 schedule or want to maximize earnings at 1.4, you’ll have a predictable workload and reliable hours built into your compensation. This structure provides stability, work–life balance, and the opportunity to tailor your schedule to what fits your life and goals. You won’t be cancelled or sent home early - extra hours and money you can count on!

      • 1.2 FTE (48 hours) guaranteed salary range: $311k - $342k 
      • 1.3 FTE (52 hours) guaranteed salary range: $350k - $381k 
      • 1.4 FTE (56 hours) guaranteed salary range: $390k - $420k
