We are actively recruiting a Chief CRNA to join U.S. Anesthesia Partners at Surgicare of Wichita in Wichita, Kansas.
The Chief CRNA responsibilities will include routine clinical duties and will also include but are not limited to on-site management of the clinical and administrative aspects of the anesthesia department operations. The Chief CRNA's responsibilities include coordinating departmental operations, CRNA scheduling, quality improvement, conducting CRNA performance evaluations, peer review activities as well as recruitment and retention activities for CRNA staff. The Chief shall work closely with the facility Administrator or his/her designee to solve departmental problems; improve departmental efficiency; create a professional atmosphere conducive to a high standard of patient care; investigate patient complaints and incident reports.
This surgery center based, Chief CRNA position provides an exceptional work life balance as it is primarly weekday only and will not include call. All CRNA’s work rotating shifts which include 7am-3pm, 7am -5pm and 7am – 7pm. We are offering an attractive compensation package plus a $10,000 signing bonus, and also provide time and a half overtime pay for all hours worked over 40 per week. We also offer a comprehensive benefit package which includes an excellent 401K and profit sharing plan, $2,000 CME, Dues allowance, 6 weeks PTO off per year and paid holidays!
