Full-Time CRNA needed to join the team at Methodist San Jacinto Hospital in Baytown, just 30 minutes East of Downtown Houston. Keep your skills sharp with a wide variety of cases including CV, vascular, thoracic, bread & butter, some pediatric, OB, ortho, gyn, general surgery, and more- this site covers all types of cases except for heads, neonates, and transplants. Methodist San Jacinto is an 8 OR hospital with an adjacent Surgery Center that has an additional 2 rooms.


Schedule is M-F, 7a-3p, with opportunities for overtime and voluntary call. However, there is no call requirement with this position!


Enjoy both flexibility and stability with USAP. Base salary includes regularly scheduled 40-hours/week, with any additional work being paid at a premium rate in addition to your salary. Call/OT opportunities available to increase total compensation!

  1. Holds current state licensure as a registered nurse in the state of Texas, and complies with any applicable state statutory or regulatory requirements concerning advanced practice registered nursing.
  2. Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor. (Students are welcome to apply-acceptable to be in certification process)
  3. Complies with one of the following requirements regarding certification eligibility, initial certification, or recertification:
    a.  Meets criteria 1 and 2 above, and is awaiting initial certification (some states limit this period of time); or
    b.  Is currently certified by the Council on Certification of Nurses Anesthetists or its predecessor; or 
    c.  Is currently recertified by the Council on Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists.
  4. Insurable by an appropriate medical malpractice insurer for the limits required by this institution or state.
  5. Demonstrates current competency in the clinical responsibilities for which the candidate is applying.
