    U.S. Anesthesia Partners - Texas, is actively recruiting additional CRNA's to join their Arlington Division. The Arlington Division of USAP is a dynamic group that is looking to hire exceptional CRNA’s to meet the needs of our expanding practice.  We offer various, flexible shifts to meet the demands of our OR commitments and our CRNA’s.   Available shifts include 8’s, 10’s, 12’s, and overnight shifts in OB, as well as, paid home call back.  Home call back is paid at a flat rate and converts to time and a half if called back in to the hospital with a guarantee of 3 hrs paid regardless of the duration of the case.  Our cases include general surgical, gynecological, urological, orthopedic, obstetrical, and vascular.   There is no requirement to do cardiovascular, or pediatric cases.   We provide compassionate, exceptional care team anesthesia at two facilities within 10 minutes of one another.  Our CRNAs are rewarded on various occasions based on production, compliance, and leadership.  The culture of the Arlington Division is to create a work life balance that meets the needs of the Division along with the needs of the individual.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):


    • Graduation from an accredited graduate school of nurse anesthesia.
    • Pass a national certification examination following graduation.
    • Knowledge of Pinnacle and hospital organization policies, procedures and systems.
    • Knowledge of medical practice and care to assist in giving patient care.  
    • Knowledge of medical equipment, medications and instruments.
    • Knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions to establish a safe work environment.
    • Skill in assisting in a variety of treatments and settings.
    • Skill in verbal and written communication and maintaining records.
    • Skill in gathering and reporting information.      
    • Ability to work effectively and independently with hospital personnel, physicians and patients.
    • Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
    • Must have a pleasant disposition and high tolerance level.
