We are actively recruiting new physicians to join our growing practices in Colorado, Florida, Texas, Nevada and Washington. A variety of practice environments are available and include leading hospitals, community medical centers and surgery centers. U.S. Anesthesia Partners (USAP) is the largest single-specialty anesthesia practice in the country with over 3,000 team members. As a physician owned and physician governed group of top-tier anesthesiologists, USAP’s physicians work in a care team model that enables them to provide excellent quality care to patients in a wide range of cases. USAP’s affiliated physician groups share operational and clinical best practices, helping to facilitate the delivery of consistent, high quality services for patients, surgeons, facilities and payers. We partner with fellow physicians and facilities to deliver effective, efficient peri-operative services. USAP is dedicated to creating measurable value for our physician partners, surgeons, facilities, payers, investors, and the communities we serve. USAP physicians lead the way with their commitment to quality patient care. Our CQI board reviews data from cases across our practice, discovering trends, applying the latest medical research in an effort to improve patient outcomes, and educating all USAP providers on best practices. Our CQI program also allows us to provide quality data for our physician groups that they can then use as proof of performance to hospital partners. At USAP, we take seriously our duty to patients and our health care partners. We also feel a responsibility to help shape the future of anesthesia, increasing the value our profession can provide and the positive impact we can make on patient lives.
