US Anesthesia Partners Colorado is a physician-owned and led practice in Colorado with long-standing relationships spanning decades in the region with some of the largest hospital systems in Colorado including AdventHealth and Health One (HCA). Our group is currently seeking Pediatric Anesthesiologists to join our Denver team. Our Pediatric Anesthesiologists will split time covering both pediatric cases and adult cases. Split will vary based on group need. Physicians will be regionalized to a smaller coverage area for their general coverage, but travel to facilities throughout the Denver metro will be required for pediatric cases.
• Cases may include general, regional, ortho, OB, trauma, neuro, etc in addition to pediatric
• USAP Colorado offers an equitable highly competitive compensation plan.
• The estimated starting compensation for the position is $400k to $450k (based on average of 8 weeks off) with the ability to earn more with incentive pay.
• 2-year partner track wealth-building shareholder opportunity is available.

• $30k sign on bonus OR a $20k sign on bonus with $30k in student loan repayment, alongside a $20k relocation bonus (if eligible)
