    US Anesthesia Partners – Florida is actively recruiting full-time CRNA’s to join the growing practice in Fort Myers, Florida. We now offer Sign-On Bonuses in the amount of $20,000.00.  Our practice in Fort Myers consists of 27 anesthesiologists and 58 Anesthetists and serve at Lee Health locations in Fort Myers and Cape Coral. We offer flexible scheduling, great working environments, and a comprehensive compensation and benefits package including profit sharing with immediate 401k matching contributions, an annual CME allowance, and a liberal time off program with company paid holidays.

     

    There is a breadth of clinical experience and sub-specialty anesthesiology care from complex cardiothoracic, advanced regional anesthesia, pediatric care, and over 3,500 annual labor and delivery procedures.     Qualifications

    1. Holds current state licensure as a registered nurse in the state of Florida, and complies with any applicable state statutory or regulatory requirements concerning advanced practice registered nursing.
    2. Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor. (Students are welcome to apply-acceptable to be in certification process)
    3. Complies with one of the following requirements regarding certification eligibility, initial certification, or recertification:
      a.  Meets criteria 1 and 2 above, and is awaiting initial certification (some states limit this period of time); or
      b.  Is currently certified by the Council on Certification of Nurses Anesthetists or its predecessor; or 
      c.  Is currently recertified by the Council on Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists.
    4. Insurable by an appropriate medical malpractice insurer for the limits required by this institution or state.
    5. Demonstrates current competency in the clinical responsibilities for which the candidate is applying.
