We are actively recruiting additional CRNA’s to join our growing practice. US Anesthesia Partners - Florida (JLR Medical Group) for our Deland, Florida location. We offer our CRNAs flexible scheduling, no calls, great working environments, a comprehensive compensation and benefits package including profit share and immediate 401k matching contributions, a liberal time off program and company paid holidays. We also are offering a 10K siging bonus to CRNA's with three or more years of experience. In 2012, Florida Hospital Deland celebrated its 50th anniversary of providing compassionate, advanced care to the Deland area. Florida Hospital Deland is a fully certified, 164-bed hospital with more than 150 physicians on staff.  With a population of 27,000, Deland is a thriving City. Located only 25 minutes from Daytona Beach and about 40 minutes from Orlando. When you need a beach for cruising or sunning, drive on the sands of Daytona, or seek out a calmer shore in New Smyrna Beach. 


USAP - Florida is an Orlando based practice consisting of over 100 anesthesiologists and over 170 CRNAs.  We serve at Florida Hospital locations throughout Central Florida including Orlando, Kissimmee, Celebration, Deland, Altamonte Springs and Winter Park. This particular position is in Deland.


We provide a breadth of clinical experience and sub-specialty anesthesiology care from complex cardiothoracic and transplant procedures to cutting-edge neurosurgery, advanced regional anesthesia, pediatric care, over 8,000 annual labor and delivery procedures, pain management, and premier orthopedic care for sports medicine and joint replacement. The diversity of these services at numerous locations throughout the area meets the needs of the community and creates a stimulating caseload for our providers. We are proudly committed to being Florida Hospital’s exclusive anesthesia provider in all of their Central Florida locations. We are also entrusted with a growing number of outpatient pain and surgical facilities.   1. Holds current state licensure as a registered nurse in the state of Florida, and complies with any applicable state statutory or regulatory requirements concerning advanced practice registered nursing.
  2. Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor. (Students are welcome to apply-acceptable to be in certification process)
  3. Complies with one of the following requirements regarding certification eligibility, initial certification, or recertification:
    a.  Meets criteria 1 and 2 above, and is awaiting initial certification (some states limit this period of time); or
    b.  Is currently certified by the Council on Certification of Nurses Anesthetists or its predecessor; or 
    c.  Is currently recertified by the Council on Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists.
  4. Insurable by an appropriate medical malpractice insurer for the limits required by this institution or state.
  5. Demonstrates current competency in the clinical responsibilities for which the candidate is applying.
