As the Chief Certified Anesthesiology Assistant (CAA), you will play a pivotal role in our anesthesia practice, providing exceptional patient care while overseeing leadership and administrative responsibilities. This is a full-time position, offering a unique balance between clinical work and administrative tasks. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of our practice by ensuring smooth operations, optimizing scheduling, facilitating recruitment efforts, and providing leadership to our team.

• Our ideal candidate would be a CAA with over 5 years of experience with an interest in Leadership and a passion for patient care. Prior Chief or Site Lead experience would be a plus, but not necessary.

• CAA's must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals they will have privileges with.
