Job Highlights

US Anesthesia Partners-Central Texas is the premier physican owned and led practice in the Austin area with 85+ anesthesiologists and 150+ CRNAs providing comprehensive anesthesia services at 8 hospitals and a number ambulatory centers in the greater Austin area.

 

Our Cardiothoracic Anesthesiologists spend approximately 25% of their time in cardiac cases and the remaining 75% of time in non-CT surgical specialties. Our practice has a broad clinical practice including general surgery, vascular, orthopedics, OB, trauma and outpatient surgery.  

 

Cardiothoracic case volume includes CABGs, valve replacement/repair, aortic surgery, heart transplant, mechanical circulatory support (VADs, ECMO), and minimally invasive structural heart procedures (TAVR, MitraClip).

Qualifications

  • All USAP Anesthesiologists must be either an M.D. or D.O. with the completion of an approved Anesthesiology Residency program.
  • Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology. 
  • Advanced PTE Certification
  • Anesthesiologist must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals they will have privileges.
