Job Highlights

USAP Indiana is looking to hire a CRNA to join our team of 6 providers at Kosciusko Community Hospital and be a part of our group of nearly 100 CRNAS and Physicians .This position will also help cover a new Orthopedic Outpatient Surgery Center in Warsaw.
Our group offers a unique independent practice and a collaborative working relationship between CRNAs and Anesthesiologists.

3 week rotating schedule. 1 week of call (rotating between OR call and OB call) 1 week of 8 hour shifts and then a week off. Call is taken in pairs of two, so one provider will take OR call and the other OB call
About Kosciusko Community Hospital:
- Located 30 miles west of Fort Wayne in Warsaw Indiana.
-72 bed hospital with 3 ORs, 1 C-Section room and 2 Endo suites.


Fort Wayne is the second largest city in the state of Indiana and is an ideal place to raise a family and call home! It is up and coming with new projects such as Electric Works which is a one of a kind Union Street Market in the heart of the city!
