USAP Indiana is looking for a FT Anesthesiologist at our Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Our practice at Lutheran Hospital consists of 45 Physicians and 45 CRNAs. USAP Indiana allows you to change your call totals, your post call work preferences and the number of vacation weeks on an annual basis. With an emphasis on a work-life balance, these options allow both flexibility and financial opportunity to meet the needs of our providers.

Qualifications
All Anesthesiologists must be either an M.D. or D.O. with the completion of an approved Anesthesiology Residency program.
• Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology
• Anesthesiologist must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals they will have privileges.
