Job Highlights

USAP Indiana is looking for CRNAs to join their close knit team at Parkview Dekalb! Parkview is located 15 minutes north of Fort Wayne in Auburn, Indiana and is owned by Parkview Health. Parkview has 4 operating rooms and 3 procedure rooms with a team of two Anesthesiologists and 3 CRNA’s. SRNA student stipends available – get paid while in school! Along with sign on bonuses for experienced CRNA’s!

Qualifications

• All USAP Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist must meet state licensure requirements.

• CRNAs must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals they will have privileges.
