USAP Indiana is looking to hire a CRNA to join our team in Bluffton, Indiana.
Options to work PRN (1 week a month) or Full Time! 

Highlights: General, GYN, Endo, Eyes and OB. (Around 250 deliveries annually)

• Located 30 miles south of Fort Wayne
• It is a 79 bed hospital with 3 ORs, 1 C-Section room and 2 Endo suites.

• All USAP Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist must meet state licensure requirements.

• CRNAs must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals they will have privileges.
