Anesthesiologist – AdventHealth Palm Coast | US Anesthesia Partners (USAP)

US Anesthesia Partners (USAP) is seeking a full-time Anesthesiologist to join our collegial and growing team serving AdventHealth Palm Coast Hospital, AdventHealth Town Center Surgery, and AdventHealth Palm Coast Parkway Hospital. All three facilities are conveniently located within five miles of each other.

This is a W2, full-time opportunity with a stable, collaborative practice.

 

Position Highlights

  • Team Structure: 11 full-time Anesthesiologists and 13 full-time CRNAs, with continued growth as our hospital partners expand

  • Case Mix: General, vascular, GYN, GI, urology, podiatry, plastics, and orthopedics, with recent expansion into neurology and cancer surgery

    • No OB or pediatrics

  • Advanced Cases: Robotic Da Vinci and Mako procedures

  • Regional Anesthesia: Experience with interscalene, supraclavicular, popliteal, and femoral blocks to support opioid-sparing ERAS pathways and a strong orthopedic program

  • Call: Weekend call 1:5 with occasional weekday call; all call is home beeper call

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $500,000
  • Sign-On Bonus: $50,000 (2-year commitment)

  • Quality Bonus: $40,000

  • Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000

  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package with 401(k) matching starting on day one

  • Vacation: 8 weeks

Qualifications

  • All USAP Anesthesiologists must be either an M.D. or D.O. with the completion of an approved Anesthesiology Residency program.
  • Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology. 
  • Anesthesiologist must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals they will have privileges.
